Steve Thompson – Managing Director
Stephen has been extensively involved in the motor trade, initially windscreen replacement moving on to tyres & exhausts with Kwik Fit. Becoming Managing Director of Nationwide Network Services utilises Stephen’s skills in the motor vehicle repair market. In July 06, Stephen was appointed board director of the group.

Janice Kennaway – Head of Operations
Janice joined Nationwide Network Services in September 2007. Janice is responsible for our operational service delivery, this includes the Call Centres, Claims Handling & Technical.
Janice has had many senior positions within the industry, most recently she was the Head of the Service Centre at FMG, where she managed customer services, claims administration, uninsured loss recovery, personal injury and third party claims management.

Steve Vare – Sales Manager
Steve brings a wealth of experience to the business having worked in the Accident Management & Risk Management industry for over 12 years. He has held sales management positions with Lex Vehicle Leasing, RAC Business Solutions & FARG. He is now responsible for the overall strategic management and development of existing clients and securing new business in the corporate fleet, insurer and broker markets. |

Julian Welch – Sales Manager
Julian works along side Steve Vare to develop new business and raise the companies profile within the Accident Management field.
With 21 years experience working within the Motor IndustryJulian joins us from Trafficmaster Plc where he was Insurance & Corporate Sales Manager and previous to that he held positions as Insurance Client Manager and Sales Manager at RAC Auto Windscreens.

Mariella Brand – Customer Services Manager
Mariella has been with the company for over 20 years and has gained considerable experience in all aspects of Accident Management. In her current role as Customer Services Manager she is responsible for the Account Management of all of our largest customers as well as overseeing the running of the Call Centre and Customer Liaison. |

Robin Mead – Claims Manager
Robin has been with the company for
10 years and in the motor claims “field” for 20 years. Robin has a vast knowledge of the Claims industry, having previously worked for a number of Insurance Companies. Robin is responsible for the day to day management of the Claims Department ensuring quality negotiating,
a pro-active approach and speedy
closure times. |
