Stephen Thompson - Managing Director Stephen Thompson – Managing Director
Steve has been extensively involved in the motor trade, initially windscreen replacement moving on to tyres & exhausts with Kwik Fit. Becoming Managing Director of Nationwide Network Services utilises Stephen’s skills in the motor vehicle repair market. In July 06, Stephen was appointed board director of the group.
Janice Kennaway - Head of Operations Janice Kennaway – Head of Operations
Janice joined Nationwide Network Services in September 2007. Janice is responsible for our operational service delivery, this includes the Call Centres, Claims Handling & Technical.

Janice has had many senior positions within the industry, most recently she was the Head of the Service Centre at FMG, where she managed customer services, claims administration, uninsured loss recovery, personal injury and third party claims management.
Mark Welthy - Head of Sales Mark Welthy – Head of Sales
Mark joined Nationwide Network Services in January 2009. Mark is responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing customers and for developing new business revenue from both the Fleet and Insurance markets, for all Nationwide Network Service products.

Having held managerial positions for the past 15 years, Mark brings experience in Sales, most recently at RAC, and Claims where he was Accidental Damage Manager at Equity Insurance responsible for three Call Centres, and all Accidental Damage suppliers. He has also worked for many other Insurers including Churchill and KGM Motor Policies at Lloyds.
